Nonlinear error control of five-axis machining singular region

Aiming at the singular problem of large nonlinear error caused by extreme change rotation in five axis NC machining complex surface. An optimization algorithm tool path region is proposed. Taking a-c double turntable linkage machine as an example, firstly, mathematical models local milling ability, bandwidth and inclination are established. Based on two constraint models, mechanism singularity size analyzed, it proposed to adjust side angle with contact center avoid region. The modified vector that does not meet accuracy interpolated recursively according interpolation principle. This method solves rotating basis meeting requirement no curvature interference. At same time, processing before after modification guaranteed remain unchanged. Simulation results show can effectively detect improve quality
